For example, preliminary site investigations before purchasing a site, planning, permitting, bid documents, inspections, and compliance with building regulations whether state or county, and with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Wetlands of Colorado. Littlehorn engineers conduct engineering inspections for structural remodeling or structure integrity, foundations, redesigning an existing septic system, and many other type inspections that may be required by regulatory agencies such as a county or state agency, or a financial institution.
